Small Group Personal Training
Want personal training, but can't afford it? Get a small group (6 or less) of like-minded people to join you for a group personal training session, or talk to me and I'll set you up in a group and we can train weekly.
Small group personal training sessions are cost effective and fun. With the help of friends and peers to motive you, I'll train your body in cardio, strength and flexibility. We'll use TRX suspension straps, weights, our own bodies and yoga stretches to strengthen and stretch our bodies into the best condition they have ever been!
