Exercise has been a part of my life since I was very young, playing high level soccer and football in the city of Edmonton for many years.
I am very passionate and energetic about my career as a personal trainer and find much joy in being a part of improving the physical fitness of others. Learning new and challenging ways of movement based training motivates me, I find the more we know the more we can achieve.
I don’t have a specific type of person that I train; the rainbow is full of beginners, professional athletes, people that are over coming injuries and special population. I have been blessed in the sense of working and learning from many different sides of the fitness industry.
My achievements serve me as reminders of how important it is to have goals. Success in fitness and a healthy lifestyle means putting goals ahead of us to keep us motivated, passionate and focused on showing up and working hard.
I look forward to a journey of meeting the goals of my clients through knowledge sharing, accountability and motivation.

Stability and Mobility?
Stability relates to control. Stability is defined as the ability to maintain control of joint movement or position by coordinating actions of nerves and muscles.
Mobility within a joint is the degree to which the area where two bones meet is allowed to move before restricted by the surrounding tissue such as tendons, muscle, and ligaments. A good level of mobility allows a person to perform movements without restriction

3 month contracts are billed monthly.

Personal Training Sessions are non-refundable.
