Hamstrings: "They are so tight." I hear this a lot in my work and I have a very quick and easy solution. Every time you bend over to tie a shoe, pick something off the floor, put something down, just take a few seconds to stay in that forward bend, lengthen your lower spine and try to straighten your knees. Go only to the point you feel the stretch, then hold for 30 seconds. If you do this frequently throughout the day, your hamstrings will loosen up.
