Pilates & Yoga
PILATES is available at SVAC in several formats:
- One on One certified instruction on Reformer apparatus in our private studio or in our NEW "Open" Pilates Reformer Classes.
- Drop in (punch card) access to the Reformer apparatus and Studio when approved by a SVAC Certified Instructor
- Mat Pilates classes as part of our Group Exercise Program.
- Certified Instructors include: Keri Bowzaylo, Kathy Giesbrecht, Chelsea Von Grat, Karen McIntyre & Stacey Rose
YOGA is available at SVAC in the following formats:
- Group classes in various styles (ie. Gentle Hatha, Yoga Flow, Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Tune Up) through our Group Exercise Program.
- One on one Yoga (for Runners & Athletes) and Flexibility Personal Training with Brian Hill or Bonnie Boucher
