Cindy believes that we can achieve all that we put our minds to achieving. She grew up dancing competitively and has since taught and adjudicated dance festivals all over North America. She has been working in the fitness industry for many years leading group fitness classes. Her most recent practice includes working one on one with clients most specifically creating long lean muscles by incorporating the Pilates Reformers. She believes that with hard work and dedication anything is possible.

2 sessions per week $55.00 / session ($440.00 a month)

Group of 3 $35.00 per person
Group of 4 $25.00 per person
